1)      What is your name and where do you live?

Kitty Waters, I live with my husband and puppies in a barn in Goodwood. We moved here last year, after writing a list of everything we truly wanted and the house turned up a week later.

2)      What is your favourite soulventure?

I run a leadership organisation The Network for Transformational Leaders it’s a Global Non Profit Organisation that meets twice a year at different locations around the world. The events nourish my soul and reconnect me to my tribe.

3)      What’s something that no-one would guess about you?

I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro a few years ago and the experience completely transformed my life for the better. As ever I raced to the top to get it over with as soon as I could. When I stood looking at the view below I realised that I need to stop and smell the roses more. Since then I have slowed down and consciously celebrated the little wins. Life is to be enjoyed and savoured. So many of us are A type personalities rushing through.

4)      What single thing would improve the quality of your life?

More Self Love, I daily work on the practice of self love as it doesn’t come easily to me. So day in day out I look at my body and thank it for supporting me, I look in my eyes and connect with my being sending it love. Having gone from nervous breakdown to now doing what I came here too I have really had to dig deep when it comes to self love.

5)      If you could be doing anything, anywhere, right now, what would it be?

Walking with my pups on the beach with my husband. Or being with my family in front of the fire with a good book.

6)      Of what are you most proud?

I beat chronic depression after ten years, I completely tuned my life around from drug and alcohol addiction and being in dark place to a life I totally love.

7)      Who do you most admire and why?

For me it’s anyone that is doing their dharma, anyone who hears the call and responds, we are at a critical point in humanities existence to turn this ship we need a world doing their dharma, when we have societies in alignment with dharma we will be able to bring the world back into balance.

8)      Best kiss of your life?

I knew my husband was the one the day we met, our first date was ten hours, our second 11 and on our third we went to Croatia for ten days. Our first kiss on our first date was in a park by a pond and felt so natural.

9)      What is a new skill you’d like to learn (and why?)

There are so many things I want to learn, Italian, breathwork, chanting, kundalini yoga, the list goes on. I consider myself on a life long journey of growth.

10)   Woods, mountain, city or sea?

Give me the sea anytime, I love to swim in the sea even in this country it certainly wakes up the system and is so good for the lymphatic system.

11)   If you could say one thing to lots of people, what would it be?

Do the things you love, your passions are the breadcrumbs you need to follow your excitement a compass to be followed.

12)   What makes you happy?

My husband. Just holding his hand makes me feel so blessed and loved. I love it when he holds my hand even in my sleep.

13)   What is your guiltiest pleasure?

Chocolate, fruit and nut is dangerous for me! Once I start I am not that good at stopping!
