A weekend on #lundyisland of adventure to fuel the soul. We stayed in the admiral's lookout on the North end. Blessed with no electricity and mobile reception it was our basecamp from which we embraced the nature of #Lundy. Rain, sun, rainbows, stars, rocky peaks, stunning views, stags, peregrine falcons, wild butting goats, short ear owls and even close encounters with vast quantities of howling seals (and pups). One of the highlights was swimming in a disused quarry to be told by a local with a confused face that we were possibly the first to do 😂. Kitted up with waterproofs, head torch and knives, we were equipped for all our exploration could muster. After force 7 winds, rain and equally calm sunshine we would troop down to the local pub a the end of the day for 5star food and drinks. Then 45min hike back to the wild. An island paradise that just kept giving. See ya soon!🤟😘
