• • Q: What can I use my support package for?
    • A: You can use the hours you purchase from us against any of the service we offer - from consultancy, creating new pages, updating content... you name it, we'll do it!
      
      
  • Q: What can you do in an average hour... not a lot?
    A: Well, you'd be surprised - with experience comes the ability to get the job done quickly and more importantly - right first time! Before we start a job, we can give you an estimate of how long it is going to take. As a rough guide, text changes on an existing web page might take between 5 and 15 minutes, adding a new page to your site might take between 45 and 60 minutes.
    
    
  • Q: How do you monitor time?
    A: We keep a time-sheet for all the work we've done, and if you're approaching your time, or have a lot of time left at the end of the month we'll let you know.
    
    
  • Q: What happens if I go over my time, or don't use it all up?
    • A: If you go over by a split-second, we won't start charging you... we'll let you know how long the job is going to take and give you a quote on the cost.
      
      
  • Q: What happens if I do not use all my time up in a given month?
    
    • A: We'll roll over any hours to the next month only.If you aren't regularly using your hours, we'll give you a call and review your package.
